At Geckopia, we want you and your reptiles to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided shipping label and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
